and it was determined that the building is worth 100k and personal property worth 25k. i paid 10k in closing costs related to this purchase. How should i depreciate the closing costs ( i have already determined these are depreciable closing costs)? Should i split the class life of the closing costs prorata between the building and personal property or just use the building class life of 39 years?

So in the 1st inning of the Rays Rangers game. Andrus was on 2nd. Hamilton grounded to the right side of the infield for the 2nd out and Andrus used his speed to score on the play. Right now MLB.com and ESPN etc arent crediting Hamilton with an RBI. This is probably the right call, I was just wondering how you would score this. The ground out would be 3-1 but how do you score the run. Whats the proper way to say what happened in this play? Any ideas or insight is helpful

Kazmir throws to 2nd while the runner from home scores. Jamey Carrol the runner at 2nd is safe on the force play at 2nd as Kazmir was too slow to throw. Carrol then stands up on the base, looks around, and walks towards the dugout. The SS then tags Carrol out. So right now its being scored on mlb.com and cbssports.com as a Fielders Choice out with an RBI. But how is this not a hit since Carrol was safe on the force and then tagged out for leaving the bag clearly as not part of the original slide into the bag.

The announcers are terrible. The clearly dont watch the games of the teams that are playing. And now today Fox is putting the Yankees Boston game on FX because there was a rain delay and they dont want it to interfer with garbage Nascar. MLB should take this as an insult. How can Nascar get aired over MLB. Nascar isnt even a sport, its just driving. Fox sucks

Bleacher seats are $14. Obstructed bleachers are $5. Grandstand ranges from $20-$29. Many Terrace and Main seats are also under $75. I agree that the seats right behind home plate are very expensive, but they always were. I couldnt afford them when they were $500, it doesnt matter to me that they cost $2000 now, I wouldnt be sitting there regardless.

So over 10,000 tickets cost $29 or less. I dont see how this is expensive. Can someone enlighten me?

There was 6 episodes of it last year. Its about a washed up ficticious pitcher Kenny Powers. I heard that they were suppose to have more seasons of the show but havent heard anything in months.
