To marinate overnight OR not?

I was browsing recipes on Roast Beef... some said do not marinate as salt pull out the juice.

Some said to marinate an hour before cooking.

I recently just become a resident. I am a first time driver. I have taken and passed the D.A.T.A course and tomorrow I will be taking the DMV written test. My husband is going to teach me how to drive. My questions are how many hours I have to commit on the driving before I go for the driving test at DMV? I have googled but couldn't find the answers. Most sites keep directing me to driving/traffic schools or does DMV in Florida only allow first time driver to take driving lessons via driving schools?

When you go through a driving school, does that mean that they will take care of everything, all you need is to pass the test right? I wonder how much they charge?

Okay I just got a job offer for 45k a year and I am trying to figure the details such as how much I will pull in after all the deductions. I live in the state of FL. I want to know what are the what are the percentage of deductions from federal income tax, medicare tax and social security tax. Thanks.

I am not a very good baker but I can make simple stuff like brownies and cookies. I can make classic white and yellow cake from the scratch but I stink at making the frosting/cream/mousse. I need to make a delicious birthday cake around November for a friend and it's a lot of pressure because she is a very very good baker and infact she taught me how to bake most things I know now. I really appreciate if you can share some good birthday cake recipe.

You see, if we let our hair on our head grow, it can be as long as you can stand it, longer than your height etc etc, BUT when it comes to armpits, pubic hair etc etc, it would grow to a certain length and stop. What I don't get is, how does our body knows how long it has grown and when to stop growing longer?

I am currently using Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine, when I first got it, it worked fine but now I feel like it's not working anymore. Well I am looking for something that is natural, free from harmless ingredients, something that actually good for my nails and is possible something organic? Well I really do not like the one I am using, it smells bad and I just don't like the feel of it on my nails.

Well I have short forehead. I wanted to have fringe/bangs but my stylist told me it won't suit me. I wonder if I should listen to her or just go ahead. I would to have those thick dollish fringe/bangs. I need second opinion.

Well Bealls is a departmental store in Florida state. Does anyone knows the song to their latest summer clothing commercial? It's a lady singer, mellow song with words such as "the sun is... shining on my face" I am not sure if those are the exact words but if you know what song is that, please let me know. I have asked this questions several times, I have gotten 2 answers , it's not Yesterday Today - Tamyra Gray or Yesterday - Hefshill, I have checked those songs out. They didn't match. I really hope someone out there knows the song.

I have bought baking/cookie sheets from many places and different brands, they all rust in after a few months of use. Those baking sheets that I have bought range from $ 5 to $12, I am tired of having to keep buying new ones hence I am ready to invest in a good baking sheet that I hope will last me a long long time. One that will not rust. I don't mind paying a little bit more. I have been browsing online for different brands and stores. I have no clue which is better. Please help. Thanks.

Well I just baked cupcakes using the recipe from foodnetwork.com. It turned out o be alright but it doesn't satisfy my taste bud. If you are great at cupcakes, help me!

For the cupcakes say chocolate, ideally I would like it to be rich and moist.

For frosting I am hoping for a recipe that is versatile where I can add whatever flavour I want.
