  • How to run a test print on a Dell V350w?

I need to run a test print....just changed cartridges, and can't find the instructions. We've had some problems with the red in the color cartridge. Just wanted to start with a test print to see where we are.

  • A friend used the smallest size flat rate box, and was told at the post office that the package couldn't weigh?

more than 12 oz. The way I've always understood flat rate, is that "if it fits, it ships" for one flat rate. The only thing I saw on the usps site was a box weight limit of 70 lbs. for the largest, and 20 lbs. for a smaller box. I think the postal worker was mistaken when she told my friend there was a 12 oz. limit. Anyone know for sure?

  • Verizon Phone Locked Up?

A friend sent me a picture, and my Verizon LG phone locked up. I couldn't view the picture or leave the screen saying there was a picture sent. I tried removing the battery, holding the power button for 10 sec, putting the battery back in. It didn't work. The phone comes on, the orange light on the upper right corner lights and stays on, and the screen goes black with the Verizon logo showing, but when I open the phone, nothing changes. Pressing the keys doesn't change anything either. HELP!

  • What type of tip is more appreciated by your postal carrier?

I usually leave something for my postal carriers, and since I've been told they aren't supposed to be given cash, I've left a simple holiday gift, and occasionally a treat. It seems as though the treats are favored over anything else. Do you think something edible, like homemade cookies or candy, is better? Just wondering...........
