How many cigarettes can a pregnant get during the day without harming her baby?

I met someone time bk and sooner it developed that we went in a relation in no time. It was full of love and emotions at the beginning but we couldn't work it out for some reasons. 4 month later, we started to talk again but he was full of sadness, agony and loneliness. And when I asked him he confronted me that he met someone before meeting me the first time and that he was deeply in love with her but it didn’t work between them. Later after he met me and we broke up he met her again and they decided to go back together. They made an agreement and he gave her a chance of one year to end up all her problems regarding her divorce from her current husband and get. Nevertheless he said he was into me as well and he still cares for and because i was still having some feeling for him, i accepted to go bk to him although i know its temporary and causal relation. The point is that every time we go out or share a moment, i see a smile on his face but i fell him not 100% happy from inside. He wanted us together as a pain killer and to get rid of loneliness. I thought to leave him but i couldn’t,, i tried to know someone else but im always thinking of him. Im living in hell.. Please help me.

N.B : That woman was divorced when she met my BF and when they came bk to talk ,she was already bk to her ex-husband but was not happy.so that’s why she is struggling for divorce now.
