ITUNES QUESTION PLEASE help me !?

hi ,

i want to know i have a tunes on my mac but i dont have a itunes account but im just downloading music for free from all different sites and then it comes up on my itunes player under "MUSIC" i want to know when i sign up for a itunes account will it still save my music i have downloaded ? even if i log in with my account on a different mac?or does the music i have downloaded go away?

please help me!!!
