I have an A.S Degrees in Business Administration and B.S in Finance/Management.

I have my A.S degree from a two year college, and my GPA is 2.90

I have my B.S degree from a small private college. My GPA was 2.6

Now that I want to go into grad school, I am having hard time getting admissions into the MBA program because of my Low GPA. Is there way I can find Business School that has a lower GPA requirement. If so, how would I find a Business School in New York State that has a lower GPA requirement.

I submitted an I-130 and I-129F for K-3 visa, both of the petitions were approved last week. They both went to the NVC now, So Does anyone know if I-129F (K-3) visa gets processed faster ? or what would be the fastest process for my wife to visit me in NY. Thanks very much once again.

I am an US Citizen, I married my wife in Bangladesh while I was visiting Bangladesh. I submitted an I-130 Petition for my wife, the petition is still pending. The process takes longer period of time now. My question is, While my I-130 Petition is pending, Can my wife visit me on a visitor visa or something, I just haven't seen her for almost a year now. If she can come for a month on a visitor visa, what's the process and What are the requirement.

If someone was badly assaulted by an unknown individual on City owned Street, the police later arrested the individual. The city is responsible for providing security to its citizens.

The assaulted person is badly injured; few of his back bones broke. He is out of work for last one month, and probably will not be able to work for several months.

I am an US citizen. I married someone in Bangladesh. I have submited an I-130 for my wife in May 2006. I submited the I-129F in April 2007. It has been two years since I submited the I-130, I believe they are doing a random background check, which I am fine with. But its delaying my case, Is there anything I can do at this moment to process my I-129F or something to bring her here, and let the background check be processed while she waits here in the United States. It has been two years since I have submitted my I-130 case; I haven’t received any response either approved/denied. According to my congress man, they are doing a background check, I don’t mind the background check, but it’s been two years already. Is there anything I can do at this point? Thanks
