Im wondering if my mobo is limiting my gpu and was wondering if there is some way to test this so I don't have to throw money at it. Im getting some very frusterating moments in battlefield 4 where I randomly get huge drops in fps. I bought this computer and ended up adding a better cpu cooler, power supply, and graphics card. The pcie x16 slot is only a 1.1 instead of a 3.0 which is making me wonder if that is part of my issue and I doubt the chipset for this board is helping the situation as well. Thanks for any suggestions and insight.

im running windows 8 64 bit and java 64 bit and have the zyxel q1000z modem/router. i cannot connect to my own server even using localhost. the server recognizes that an attempt was made and the user was disconnected. This error message is displayed "Failed to verify username! [internal error java.net.ConnectException: connect: Address is invalid on local machine, or port is not valid on remote machine]".

i have tested the server using dinnerbone.com and the port forwarding using canyouseeme.org. I have uninstalled and reinstalled java, java 64 bit, minecraftserver.exe and minecraftserver.jar. I have created a static ip address, checked and rechecked and redone the portforwarding and have used about 10 different tutorials to try to get this working.

i am able to connect to public servers such as eternal realms minecraft and shadowraze, and single player works flawlessly. if online mode is false i can connect to my server. windows firewall is not preventing it from working, i also tried disabling it to make absolutely sure and there was no change. any and all help is appreciated.

i have a 1990 supra, rebuilt engine, felpro head gasket, running near stock compression not 100% sure what its at, everything else is currently stock, at what psi do i have to start worrying about fuel cut/detonation?
