  • Do I have to refund item I sold on Ebay?

Sold my Nokia phone on Ebay it was brand new unopened. The guy has contacted me after 3 months saying that the phone won't switch on and wants a refund. I am a private seller so unsure of where I stand on this. The item was working but now it isn't, is this because of something he has done??

I gave him a link to Nokia's website where he could input his IMEI number to see if the phone is under warranty, he then sent me back a rude e-mail stating that he had rights etc? Any advice would be really appreciated, Thanks x

  • Should I pay the seller for a washing machine when they have not done what they said they would?

Bought a house last week, moved in and seller had left a load of rubbish at front of house and hasn't done a couple of things he said he would. I agreed to pay him £100 for his washing machine, estate agent is chasing me for the money..... but I am annoyed with him!

Need some opinions please thanks :-)

  • 10 Week Old Baby - Cradlecap!?

My 10 week old has some stubborn cradlecap that won't shift. Health visitor advised to use Olive Oil and give it a good scrub when he's in the bath. Anyone else had success?

    Thanks
