What happens if the leaser of a housing contract doesn't want to give you the house you signed for on the lease and try to give you a different house?

my friends and I signed a leasing contract to live in a house the address of the house is on the contract we have already payed the 1600 dollar deposit and we are supposed to move in on the 1st. The leasing office is now saying that a water line broke in that house and the only house they can give us is much worse for the same price. I guess they don't realize that this is kind of a small town and we know who is living in the house now through a mutual friend and they said none of that happened and they just want to live there next year. I have never really heard of this happening before or what to do. We really just want to live in the house that we originally paid money for.

My girlfriend is not 21 yet and I want to take her out dancing somewhere but can't find any place in Bloomington, even after searching the web for about 20 minutes still can't find any place that allows people below 21 in except the Rhino which is more for high school kids. If you don't know of any place in Bloomington could you tell me somewhere in Indianapolis that does?

I am looking for a place that will deliver and let me put hyacinth (purple), primrose, red carnations, and pink carnations in a bouquet. I want to do this because of the meanings of the flowers and not because they match really well but I cant seem to find a place to let me do it.

Why is it that liberals always complain about this amendment and say that no one hunts anymore. The amendment was created so that people could fight off the government if it ever became oppressive. I would think with the Republican Party becoming more closely associated with fascism Dems would all about the 2nd amendment (I am a liberal and I am in favor of much stricter gun laws but thinks all citizens should be trained and own firearms.) I don't trust Bush enough to think that he wont suspend the election indefinitely.

I know this song is about a year old and I did get it when it came out last summer but I am still not bored of this song and every few months I start listening to it heavily. I can't really think of two artists collaborating together like that and it being so god (d)am(n) def.

Can anyone think of a better collab song? (Wu-Tang and similar groups don't count)

I noticed it first on Dr. Dre in F*ck Wit Dre Day (And Everybody's Celebratin') video. Eric B. wears a White Sox hat in a picture at the end of Paid In Full's cover pictures and Eazy E wears the same hate in many pictures. Just wondering who/where this style came from?

Why did Republicans not choose McCain in '00? He would have been a great candidate then. Now that I am thinking about it how did Bush ever beat McCain? McCain is the embodiment of like every Republican Ideal and Bush is basically the opposite of them, except he is rich.

I read in wikipedia that Marcus Garvey was Methodist and he converted to Roman Catholicism. First, is this True? and if so, why did he convert to Roman Catholicism, especially at that time when mass was in Latin and they had not apologized for their non-involvement in the salve trade?
