So I bought a new Charles Owen Helmet ARY8 a few days ago, worn it maybe 3 times still assessing the fit. It is quite tight (not so bad it gives me a headache so far) and I know they mold to fit your head and need to be tight for safety. (I did the test where it moves your eyebrows if you move the helmet and it does so. I was also fitted at the store.)

My helmet gives me a bright red stripe on my forehead after wearing it for 10 min and up though. Is that normal and should it calm down with time as the helmet adjusts itself and compresses, or is it really too small? The next size up was too large and moved around easily.

Just checking as they are expensive and I'm waiting to cut the tags until I know it fits. (Have not worn it riding yet.)

It is a lovely helmet though and seems comfortable, I am wearing now for longer to see if I get head pain.

I have lived my whole life in Southern California where I have never experienced living in snow. I've seen it pre-fallen on the ground only once when we visited Big Bear as a child.

I am going to move somewhere that has seasons and where winters bring snowy weather. What do I need to know? The only things I've even heard of are: salting the tires/driveway, snow tire chains, and keeping the water running, but those things I would have no idea how to execute properly.

What are the important things I need to know? Especially for safety/to function properly.

Are there any books you could recommend?

My hair is currently just at my waist and I'm planning to grow it to tailbone. (I'm 5'5") It is fairly thick with a tiny bit of wave to it. I recently learned how to do some buns and use hair sticks.

Currently I have 7.5 inch hair sticks. They work great but are a bit too long (also, cheap plastic.) I want to buy some expensive wood and acrylic ones, but I'm not sure the length to go for? Right now 6" would be fine, but in 2 years when my hair gets to my goal length of tailbone, would I 'outgrow' them? i.e., would my hair buns become to big for a 6" stick to hold?

My absolute favorite go-to style is a knot bun. With the 7.5" hair stick I have now, about 2.5" is extra stick, so 6" will be fine. However, when I hit tailbone, will all my lovely, expensive 6" hair sticks be too small??

Hello all!

I'm getting a new puppy, about 8 weeks old, who has had his first set of vaccinations. I live in an apartment complex (hence no private yard) that is pet friendly so many other dogs use the surrounding lawn and parks. I'm wondering how I can safely take him out to go potty since I'm afraid of him contracting a disease like parvo, etc. from the public areas. I'd really rather not use indoor potty pads since it will be so much harder to house break him later.

Would taking him to a section of lawn that I spray with a bleach mix in preparation ok? I could go out every day to a lesser traffic area and disinfect it and use that for our potty spot perhaps?

I am calling a vet later today to get their opinion as well, I just thought I would ask.

Any thoughts and suggestions would be much appreciated.

I am brand new to WoW (and computer gaming in general) and am wondering, where do you store your mounts when you are not using them?

I am a level 8 right now (I know, really low level and I can't use mounts until 20), but I bought the Celestial Steed (How can you not) and am wondering where to put it until I can use it. (I have not yet gotten it out of my mailbox in game)

I only have the first WoW right now, I am getting Burning Crusade in the next day or so, then the other expansions.

Do I get it from my mailbox then put it in the bank? Do you store mounts in the bank? Also, where can I get another bag to store things? I need one of those to use the bank right? (I am a Night Elf)

I'm sorry I'm such a noob XD This game looked fun for years and I finally decided to play, but it is very in depth! I really appreciate any help/advice. I could really use a detailed answer as I am close to a blank slate.

I now have this great steed and have no idea where to put it!

Scenario: So, I just moved into a new apartment complex next to my college (it is a small college town and beachy school where everyone dresses skimpy) There is this hottie guy who lives across the hall. I know guys love food and flirtatious woman, so this is what I am thinking of doing.

I want to bake brownies (full proof delicious Betty Crocker ones) and wait until I see he is home, then go over dressed in booty shorts and a bikini top (our apartment units are right next to the pool) and say "Hi, I just moved in so I thought I'd bring over a house warming gift. Plus, I wanted an excuse to meet my sexy neighbor."

Thoughts? Guys, if a hot chick in a bikini showed up with brownies and called you sexy would you be into that? (Well, I kinda know you would be into that) But I'm more interested in what you would think of her? Would you think, sexy neighbor down for a good time or ... something else? Good, bad? I'd love to hear your thoughts :D

So, I need a name for a ghost superhero. The superhero would be an older male teen, so nothing childish. Whatever I come up with just sounds kinda ridiculous. (Let's be honest, it's hard to top Danny Phantom after all) Right now I keep going back to Ghost Boy (which I realize was in the show Danny Phantom, but names cannot be copyrighted and it is fairly generic so legally it's fine, but I would like something more original with a cool factor)

I tried playing with words like (well ghost obviously) and spector and ectoplasm and spirit, but I am really having difficulty.

Please no titles that have already been used in pop culture such as comics, books, or TV shows.

I just started playing Monster Hunter Tri for the Wii. I am using the classic controller style 1 and don't know how to record monsters on my monster list. (The only directions I found were for the Wii mote, which, I am not using for this particular game) If anyone could tell me how that would be great, because right now I am sort of playing at a disadvantage not being able to record them.

I think this movie is older, like from the ninties or even before I'm not sure. It is animated. The main character is a boy known as a dumbbell (I think he is blond) and he catches these two magical horses (I think a red'/gold one and a black) and there is also a donkey or mule involved. There is a king in the movie and a maiden and I think something about the ocean. At the end of the movie the boy has to jump into I think three vats, an icy cold one, one with scalding cream, and one of boiling oil and when he jumps out he is handsome and he and the maiden end up together.

I know it sounds a little crazy, I've forgotten a lot of the movie details. But does anyone know the name of or what movie I'm talking about?

I am getting WoW in a few days, and am trying to decide on race and class now. Is there a free site where you can "make" a character? (i.e. choose female/male, test out appearance, etc.)
