What is the black film on my crepe myrtle tree?
The tree is young, only 4-5' tall. But recently I've noticed a black film on the leaves and some smaller branches. It isn't TURNING black, there's something on it. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

My previous hard drive had more space allocated to the C drive than the D drive. I always used the C drive for downloaded programs etc and my D drive for data files (pics, music, etc). I have a new 160 G hard drive that automatically partitioned with 8G for the C drive, 55MB for the D drive and 120 for an H drive. First, where's the rest of my space? I'm running XP and currently haven't downloaded or installed any extra programs. Also, I would prefer to only have a C and D drive, not a third H drive. How can I easily fix that?!

I don't get any error messages, programs download fine. But when I try to install, nothing happens. I'm running XP, have plenty of hard drive space available and this was not an issue a week or so ago. Any ideas?!?
