Situation 1 - If I write a story about some Disney characters (i want to twist their tales) but i use my own idea of plot, (something like Epic Movie and Meet the Spartans, but not their idea) is it plagiarizing?I only use Disney characters and i will not criticize them. (That is also If i decided to write)
Situation 2 - If I write a story based on a manga and i only take some (or most) of the idea and rewrite it based on my own idea of plot it, is it plagiarizing? I will take only the ideas (something like the small part of the big story) and not using the plot at all. (also that is if i decided to write it)
