I am currently on a well water system with a whole house water filter and septic tank. I was told I could simply add a water/chlorine mix at the point of my whole house water filter to clean out pipes and extend the life of each filter I use. The only caution I was given is to flush out the pipes for a solid hour plus (or until you can't smell the chlorine) and do it on an outdoor faucet as not to put the chlorine into the septic tank. Do you know if the mix needs to sit over night or longer?

From what I remember all he stated was that he "was not there to talk about the past". I agree this was a BS answer, however, am I missing part of the story or are a lot of people are just misinformed on what really happened?

My friend gave me a case that I noticed has front side USB ports (a nice addition given my increasing usage of a flash drive). When I transfered all my parts into the new case, the USB ports did not work. I looked at the cord and it said designed for Intel Specs, but I'm running off an AMD processor. Does that make a difference? Is there a PCI card I can buy to solve the problem? When I plug in the front side USB cord to the available USB ports on my motherboard I get nothing. Any advice you can give me would be helpful.

I've been looking at several different car insurance companies to compare rates and services. I've never had a claim in the past, but I was wondering if anyone had positive/negative feedback they'd be willing to share about any specific companies and how they handled a claim. I've been warned that some companies are pain to work with when you do file a claim, but maybe that was just a few rare circumstances with the people I've already talked to. Thanks for you input.

To figure the power play percentage you obviously have to take the number of power play goals over the number of the power play goal attempts. What I want to know is what constitutes as a power play goal attempt? If you have overlapping penalties it's possible to have 1 second of a power play, does that 1 second count as a single attempt? Is there a minimum number of seconds required to be considered a full attempt?

It appears Yahoo Answer is trying a new reporting system. It seems to me there is always someone in the hockey section that is dropping rascist,sexist or ignorant remarks. Do you think the new system will do anything to help keep these people away? I also noticed they frown upon "chatting", do you think this will hurt our top contributors that post non-questions when they're bored?

The season is nearly a month away from starting and all I can find is NFL Sunday ticket crap. I've never ordered Center Ice before, so I was wondering when I would first start seeing it available on pre-order.

I was talking with a friend a couple days ago about a Cubs game we had both seen a few years back. Bill Murray had made his way to the press box then BOO'd into the microphone when an ump made a bad call (this is how we both remembered it anyways). Anyways, my friend said he's not allowed in the press box anymore after this. Is that true?

I'm using a Netgear RP614 wired router for my DSL and occasionally (about every half hour) my internet goes out and I have to disable my network connection, power off the router, then re-enable my network connection to get it to work. I know the problem is through the router because I can hook up my computer directly to the DSL modem and have connection immediately. What do I need to do to get the router to work correctly or how should I go about troubleshooting to find the exact problem?
