  • 9-11 Song?

I heard this song on the Christian radio station today. It was music in the background, with Jesus talking about how He was there on 9/11 with the man in the tower as he called home, how He was with his wife, how He was in the smoke leading people home, how people were rejecting Him for the last time...

Anyways I'd like to know the name, so I can download it. Any suggestions about it or where I can listen to it online?

  • Ameriplan - work at home?

I've been searching for a job that I can make good money on, and can work from home. I looked on a local news website that has job listings and found something from Ameriplan. It sounds too good to be true - potential to earn $2000/month, benefits, no meetings, online training. I'd like to believe in it, but I just don't know. Does anyone have any information on whether or not this is legit?

  • Someone...anyone...book title?

Hey guys. I know this question probably gets asked all the time, but hear (well, read) me out. A few years ago, I had this book that I absolutely loved, but I can't seem to remember the name.

It was about a girl who was a doctor in the small town she grew up in, just like her dad before her. I remember that it had something to do with drug farming. She met a random guy who turned out to be an undercover cop. There was a family that she treated, with the dad a Vietnam vet that had hallucinations, the mom with a scar on her face from a childhood accident, two kids - the son had been kicked by a donkey? Her best friend was a cop that was an Indian, whose daughter was dating the town delinquent. There was someone named Clarence and it had something to do with angels.

Yeah, it's annoying that I can remember the whole story, but I can't remember the name of the book. Very annoying indeed. So if you actually took time to read this and can help, it would make my day. Thanks!

  • Random points loss?

Okay...so yesterday (technically, at about 2 this morning) I was on here and I had 873 points. I was pretty happy about this because I have a competition going on with my sister about who can get to Level 3 first. Anyways, I log on today, and I only have 844 points! I didn't ask any questions today, so how did I suddenly lose 31 points?

  • Dreams about spiders?

Maybe this is weird. Once or twice a month, I have very vivid dreams about spiders. If I dream about one individual spider, it's always very large (big enough to ride on) and always kills people that I don't particularly love but have a special fondness for. If there are several spiders, they're always very small, there's hundreds of them and they kill people that I care deeply about. I am always safe in the dreams.

I don't have a particluar fear of spiders, and I don't think about them ever. I did read somehwhere that dreaming about spiders means something, but I can't remember what. Any suggestions?

  • This is puzzling to me....if you've done it, answer?

I've noticed that many people come onto Answers asking questions like, "Is so-and-so pregnant?" "When did this historical even take place?" and so on. Is it so hard to type it into Google, Yahoo, Ask, or any other search engine? I understand questions like, "What should I buy my best friend for her wedding?" or questions that just want others' experience like, "My baby's teething, how can I stop the pain?" But why take the time to ask the question on here, when you can probably get a more accuarate answer elsewhere?

This is an honest question! So if you've done this, I would really like to understand!

  • Childhood obesity...whose fault is it?

So I just read this article about parents suing food companies, like Kellogg's, because their kids are obese. I am of the opinion that it the the responsibility of the PARENTS to influence their children to lead healthy lifestyles. It's not Kellogg's fault if I decide to buy my children sugary food, and therefore it is not their fault if my child is obese, but my own fault. Are people in general just prone to blaming their problems on others? Opinions?

  • I'm in the mood to do something funky with my hair. It's short, dark brown, and VERY curly. Suggestions?

I'm willing to color, cut, or do most anything. I just need a new look...this one is boring me!
