I have been experiencing this pain for more than 10 years. Well, it has gotten worse this recent 2 years. When I woke up yesterday morning, I got this excruciating pain on my tail bone. I couldn't bend, sit or walk without pain. I tried to sooth the pain by applying some hot ointment on the area but it still hurts. :-( A little history. Back when I was 12, I fell on my bum. But, i didn't get any effects from that until I was like 14-15 I guess. I was lying on belly and when I wanted to get up, I couldn't. I had to lie for another 10 minutes before I could get up. Then, years went by without any pain until I was 22. The same thing happened. I couldn't get up from my bed. It seems like I was paralyzed for 10 minutes. I had to wait for another 10-15 minutes before I could get up from the bed. The pain lingered till I got a shot from a doctor. And now I'm 24. The pain is back and I'm afraid that it's gonna be worse. somebody help.

the thing that has been confusing me is y r the 2 coaches seem to hate me? i tried to smile at them, even say hi, but no responses. i dunno know if they hate me or not, but frankly, whenever they are around during my training, it's disturbing. So, how do i know for sure that they're actually okay with me without actually asking them? Please, help me..

Well, i am the kind of girl who loves to be in the comfort of my home. I always turned down my friends when they asked to tag along with them to the movies, or malls or just hang around. I don't drink, i don't smoke, i don't do drugs, i won't kiss a guy and i won't get a tattoo and of course i won't have sex before marriage. My friends said that i'm boring and dull. It hurts me.
