live in an apartment complex outside of the Denver area. Last night I had just gotten out of the hospital after a five hour visit with my mother. The complex that I live in apparently does not offer enough parking spaces for the amount of cars that are owned in this area. It was about 12:30 when we finally got home, and the only parking spot we could find was in a half round-a-bout by the main office. So naturally we parked there even though it was not very close to our apartment.

This morning my mother went down to go to work at about 6:00 am. Upon getting there she discovered that the car was gone. It turns out that the spot was marked for handicap parking use. Now last night it was very dark, and we could not actually see that the paint was there. Along with that there was not a sign or anything else to show that it was marked. Upon further investigation I discovered that there was a ramp onto the sidewalk, but from there, ever path that one could take had stairs. So there really wasn't mush of an indication that it was a handicap parking space.

The car was towed at some point over the five hours (it was about 1:00 when we actually found a spot to park). My mom payed the $250 fine right away as she had very important prescriptions she had to fill from the hospital that were in the car.

Now my question is about if this is legal or not. If we had known it was a handicapped spot we wouldn't have parked there, but it did not have a sign or anything. I read up on ADA rules and regulations and they say that if the spot is not marked by a sign and the paint it is not a valid handicap spot.

The money isn't so much the problem. I want the apartment complex to acknowledge that fact that they don't have enough parking spaces, and that their handicapped spots are, in fact, not marked properly. Am I correct in my thinking? If so, how do I go about this?

Ok, I'm like panicking right now.

Basically what has happened is that I have two accounts for my laptop, an Administrator and a guest. The admin account when ever I try to log on to it says something along the lines of, this profile can not be found and logs me out of it. The guest account is perfectly fine. I tried to restore the admin while on the guest but I can't because it says I have to enter the admin password (which I do) but then it acts as if nothing happens. How do I fix this problem?

I plan on auditioning for the Pride and the Prejudice play at my school, I would like to get the role of Elizabeth. The problem is that I am a freshman and the lead roles will most likely be going to upperclassmen. Any advice on how to portray her character as accurately as possible?

I know this is in the book and author section, and that is simply because i have not read the book yet, and the play and the book (from what I have heard) are very similar.

It will let me type anywhere on the runescape page but on the log in screen. And ideas on how to fix this? Would it be the website or the computer? or keyboard?
