I dyed my hair 4 days ago (L'Oreal's burgundy) and it turned out shitty so I was wondering when I can dye it black? I called the company and they said to wait 48 hours and it's been more than 48 hours.

I pierced my lip last night except it didn't work out very well cuz the lip ring/stud wouldn't go in. My mom said I can get it done professionally. How long should I wait to get it done again? My lip is still swollen.

Whenever I bleach my hair it always turns out two toned. -.- For some reason I have darker blonde spots and by my roots it's like bleach blonde.
