Before I start please do not ask me to take her to the vet, I cannot take her as the vets are closed at the moment and there is no emergency vet within a 200km radius to my house, It would take me longer to get to those vets before I can get her to mine.

ok so my dog was on my bed and jumped off and when she jumped off she walked to my door and stopped, She couldnt move any more.

So I picked her up and moved her over to her bed.

I was in a rush to leave so I left her bowl of water next to her bed and also left her some food.

when I came home she had drank some water and ate some food.

Now her leg was limp and could be moved around without causing her pain and I can tell when she is in pain because she ALWAYS snaps at me when she is in pain, I know because I have had her since a puppy for 17 years.

When I got home she was able to move and walk around on 3 legs and greeted me at the door like usual. I took her outside and she could go toilet.

She is now sitting next to be on her little bed next to my bed and she is laying on the hurt leg without any form of resistance/hesitation so it does not seem to cause her pain as I know is her leg was hurt she would lay on the other leg.

I have had a feel around the bone and everything seems normal but it seems as if her leg is just hanging there. I am thinking it is a muscle strain or tear because she can still actually move the leg around but that is when she is in pain and then start to get snappy.

Again please do not tell me to take her to the vet I already am planning to, I just want to know what the possibility could be.

I was at the bus station yesterday. And i saw a girl that was around 17-20 balling her eyes out. Today i herd on the radio on the way to work (i catch public transport once a week) and herd that a girl commited suicide because her father died. i am pretty sure that it was her. i now feel really bad for not asking her what was wrong and if i could do anything to help
