I m 21 year old Girl. I m short due to genetic reasons. Any one pls suggest me ideas to increase height. Also I found a height increasing powder "Stepup" in a teleshopping advertisement. But i afraid it may cause some side effects in future. But they give 100% guarantee that there is no side effects. The powder costs 3000. I never found it popular as i saw it only in the ad. I dunno whether it will work out or not. Any one can Suggest me a clear idea pls.Shall i buy the powder and consume or is any other ways possible to increase height?

I m a Final year BE student (2012 passout) . My college is at trichy ,whereas my native is Namakkal. My passport has got my college address. Now if I want to travel abroad after years means should I change the address to my native or leave it until its valid date? is there any necessary to renew it for the change of address.?
