I recently moved into a new apartment with my fiance and now, a month after living here, I go to turn on the ceiling fan & light and sparks flew everywhere. We're afraid to use it. Also, ever since we moved in, all of the plugs fall out of the wall, sometimes on their own. She now walks around like every hour making sure that the plugs are in all the way because she's afraid of a fire starting. I plan on writing my landlord today and asking for them to fix the problems. Even if they do fix them within a month, how hard do you think it would be to move away? We found out that a lot of people living in the complex seem to be ill, mentally ill. An old man sits outside his apartment and watches her whenever she's outside and comes up and starts talking to her about odd things. (How he's a cow boy, once about how he had a woman's urine in a jar with "pussy juice") She's going to explode if I don't find an answer. Thank you for all you help.
