80% of the units are still being used as rentals and now the property owners have taken them off the market. Do I have any rights?

I am traveling to Whistler with a friend from the UK in July. She is not a very outdoorsy person (no skiing, hiking, etc.), so many of the things I've seen advertised to do in the summer don't appeal to her. What other things are there to do during the summer? (We'll only be there a day or two).

I'm looking for books for intermediate students (ages 8-11) who read at a 2nd grade reading level. So far I've had sucess with Fourth Grade Rats by Jerry Spinelli. Any other suggestions?

I live in a small apartment with a balcony. I would like to compost, and have looked at urban composting, but I think it's too big. A worm bin would probably be the best, but how often do you have to put things in it? If I left on vacation for two weeks, or didn't have much food waste for a while, would they survive?

I am taking the early Eurostar in August and would like to spend the night in London. I looked at the Premeir Inn, but they said there was no avaliblity. Are there any other hotels close to Waterloo Station?
