    How can I get better at sparring?

    I started karate two months ago, I got my yellow belt and I feel my class is too easy for me. So I talked to my sensei and he said I could start the adult class; even though I’m 14. So im going to start the adult class but, I will have to fight adults so I need to get better at sparring. I need to know how I can improve.
