I've been meaning to get Dead Island for a while, and now that GOTY version is only $20, I must get it. I can either get it for Xbox or PC, but I would prefer PC. My computer has 2GB Ram, Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 clocked at 2.2GHZ, Radeon HD 4670 with 1GB Ram, and it is running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit. According to CanYouRunIt, my computer can. But I would like the opinion of others possibly with similar computer hardware. I can play games such as Starcraft II and Bethesda games on low / medium quality, in case you were wondering. So, how does my computer stand in regards to Dead Island?

For a little background knowledge, my PC is the HP Pavilion a6238x with Motherboard P5LP-LE and a few changes, such as a 350w power supply and Radeon HD 4670 Graphics card. The hard drive that came with it is a 400GB WD HDD, and I want to add another 160GB WD 1600AAJB HDD as a slave. Will this work fine? I looked at the Motherboard and it has one slot for a IDE/PATA drive.(I made sure it is not being used) I also have the ribbon cable from the computer I removed this drive from. I put the jumper on the 160GB to make it a slave. My question is, is there anything else I need to do? Or am I set to put it in the computer? I don't know if i have to set the main Sata as a master or will it be fine since i set the other one as a slave. Thanks

Motherboard.. Btw the IDE/PATA connector is the blue one all the way to the right in the middle, the original hard drive is either the blue or black SATA connector at the bottom right.

So I would like a little more Ram on my PC, right now I have 2GB, (2 x 1GB sticks). I just want to be sure I am doing this right. I wanted to buy either 2 separate Crucial 1GB Sticks or a PNY 2x1GB pack. I am almost positive they are different brands than the Ram that comes pre-installed. Would I be able to put this new stuff in? They are the same specs.

I purchased the mw3 hardened edition for Xbox, and it came with call of duty elite as most should know. Well can I use this one elite on my Xbox mw3 and my ps3 black ops?

So I made an Xbox live a while back on my friends Xbox. Well at the time I did not have an Xbox but I am now getting one, so I want to get my gamertag. How does recovering it work? And will my purchases on his Xbox download and work on mine? Thanks for answers

Hey I am planning to write the game Pac Man using java Swing and I need some help. Can anyone post a link to all of the game pictures? Like Pac Man with mouth open and closed and the ghosts mainly. I am sure I can just make circles for the dots. I tried using the standard Paint on my computer to make Pac Man so also if you have any better programs I can use for drawing him that would be helpful too.

So I am freaking out because everyone says junior year in high school is most important. Well I am taking AP physics b and AP calc, plus computer science 2 online. I am also a boy scout and starting my eagle project soon. The option to take AP government has come up, I was going to take it before but my schedule was conflicted. Well should I take AP government along with these other things or do you think it is a large workload or not necessary. I am concerned about what colleges will look for. So first of all, we are paying for 3MB download and about 800KB upload, and that is the best you can have where we live. Well it worked great until recently, websites would load pretty fast and I never had any connection problems when playing Black Ops, Red Dead Redemption, and Borderlands online on my PS3. But now the internet loading is slower and occasionally it will be super slow and I have to go upstairs and turn the power off on the router. For the PS3 I can still get online and play but like near the middle-end of games I lose connection. All that is on the network is my parents computer which is on an Ethernet cable, my computer with WiFi, and my PS3 with WiFi, and the internet has a password. I checked SpeedTest on the computers and the built in one on my PS3 and they all got around 2.5MB download and 600KB upload, which is about right for what we pay for. Even with those speeds, I still lose connection when playing any online game on my PS3 and randomly log out of Steam on the PC. Its weird because if i am downloading something, it downloads the same speed as it always has, it seems to be just when i am doing things online. Anyone know whats going on?

If i were to make a new account, is there some way I could link it to my old one? I really hate my username right now... I am only worried about my store purchases, I hate trophies now cause they ruin the whole game for me. And i don't really care about save data, seeing how Battlefield 3 and MW3 are coming out soon, I could start new on them. Thanks for the help

So I pre ordered Medal of Honor LE and got the Battlefield 3 beta code... and lost it. So what is going on with this Battlefield 3 Alpha / Beta? Will there be an open beta to everyone including people that never bought MOH? And I got some email from them about the battlefield Alpha and got another code to download it, but its the PC version, not PS3. Can some one explain the whole Battlefield 3 Beta / Alpha? I am pretty confuzzled

Okay so I have love having the goty editions of games, I have Fallout 3, Borderlands, and Oblivion GOTY. Well i like having it in case something like the Psn outage happens and I deleted the data (I have a 120GB and it's full) Well how long do you think it will be until a GOTY comes out, based on when the ones came out for Fallout 3 and Oblivion? I am betting it will come out a while after the fourth dlc.

Okay so my brother did something to the computer and now it has the Blue Screen of Death. I know it wasn't a power issue, t yes it every time i start it up. Well I've tried everything and had no luck. I've tried running in safe mode to fix it but when I finally hit the option, the computer restarts. Well I have no recovery disk but I heard about some recovery drive? Well I guess you can use the partitioned space to reset the computer to factory condition. I know my computer has this, I've always seen it but had no clue how to use it. Any help with how to use it? Like I said, safe mode doesn't work.

Well I noticed its battery is less than 1000mAh which is really bad, even though it doesn't require spinning UMD's. Well where could i find a battery upgrade? I know you have to take off the back of the PSP to get to it. Will any battery pack work, or does the Go have a smaller one? I have a link to the one I want, it says for PSP's 1000, 2000, and 3000 but I figured that was because the Go's battery isn't removable. Thanks

Okay well i need to change my NAT type and dont know how to open the ports. My router is the GT704WG router, which is about 1 to 2 years old. I went to my router from http://192.168.1.1/ and went to Security --> Applications and have no idea what to do next. Ive seen pictures of boxes where you can type the port but all this gives me is game "Available Rules" and Categories for what they are used for, (Ex. Games, Apps, Servers). So any help? And what ports do i need to open?

So I want a controller for PC, I don't care if PC controls are better. Well i know you need to get a special driver kit, ill post the link at the end. If i set it up and start using it on PC, can I use it on PS3 again or is it bound to PC?

Well Mass Effect 3 looks pretty awesome. Should I get 1 and 2 before? How were they both, do they have multiplayer? I have a PS3 so I am gonna get both for PC if i get them at all, because ME1 is $5 and ME2 is $10. So are they any good?
