I know some people have already signed conrtracts.

My basketball coach doesnt have me in as a starter and I think I should be. The person that starts in my place doesn't know the plays, takes REALLY bad shots, doesn't really try hard, and horseplays. I'm kinda laid back and I do my job. I practice everynight after practice too. Just any tips during practice to boost my chances of starting.

Sometimes during basketball I pull a muscle I stretch and everything but I still get them. Like what can you do that's quick.

The main reason why I'm running is to get in shape for basketball. But a couple of my friends talked me to into doing cross country. So some aditional info. Today I ran the mile and the time that my Ipod said was about 7:50. I ran a little bit after that. And i occcasionally ran during the summer. I'm probably going to start practicing this Monday so over that time spand I'm going to try to run a lot. I don't want to be the slowest one out there either. I also keep a pretty constant diet. I drink about a low calorie gatorade everyday and about 3 bottles of water on average. Also I don't eat that much since I'm trying to slim down since we don't have any fruit in the house that I like. Also what kinda shoes should i wear if it makes a difference. My shoe is the Kobe IV. So if anyone can help me thank you. Also I weigh about 120 pounds and five seven.

First thing I just found out who my new coach is but he doesn't like me even though we havent had practice yet. But I lead my team in rebounds last season. I"m about 5"6. I'm not that strong. I'm an average shooter and dribbler. But the Varsity coach said I won't keep playing the post and i didn't play that much last season and i don't know why. I play hard and i love the game of basketball and do almost anything to play a lot in it. I get tired after i play about 1 quarter. I'm in the 7th grade and thirteen.

Is Kings Island coming out with a new ride for the 2012 season.

Well I try to shoot at least a hundred shots everyday but I ussually don't have that much time. Also I think I'm kinda out of shape but not that outta shape. I'm about 5"6 118 pounds. I just want to try to get back in shape so I don't get tired quickly.

Is there any tips every time i shoot one its either an air ball or I barely hit rim. PLEASE HELP
