Is it normal if my rashes is almost a month and I have so many in my whole body, back, and thigh?

My computer suddenly black screen whenever i watch videos or idle on desktop and no audio and when i restart my cpu monitor is still black screen i can only succesfully rebooted it if i reset my CMOS and after a few minutes my computer is login it will black screen again later with no audio and cpu still on.

Guys im new at vaping i smoke for only 6 years and i smoke marlboro red, and now i want to quit smoking so i vape now, i use 3 mg nicotine, i just want to know does vaping is still the same as cigarrete weakens my stamina, i do basketball since im young and when i start smoking cigarrete i weaken my stamina 5 years ago, thats why i vape now and stop smoking, is it better for vaping to get back my stamina or what i mean is cigarettes is stronger in lowering stamina than vaping?. Im really confused, kakashi's sharingan is transplanted and it cant deactivated thats why he always wear mask like danzo covering sharingan by cloth, because they cant off it its always activated to non uchiha that.have sharingan, but in episode469 kakashi's face is revealed but the sharingan is off why? And i know he wear contact lens that time but he remove it can anybody please answer me?
