Anna C
Anyone know the name of this movie?
I watched this film a while ago, and for the life of me cannot remember what it is called!
It's about a woman who is pregnant and hires a nanny, unaware of the fact the nanny was once married to the woman's previous gynecologist who she sued and resulted in him committing suicide. The nanny lost her baby after collapsing when she discovered her husband was dead and desperate for a baby, tries to kidnap the woman's. She also does things like breast feeding the baby herself so the mother can't and so the baby becomes more attached to the nanny then the mother.
I can't remember much else... it's quite an old film though... any suggestions if any of the above made sense??
5 AnswersMovies1 decade agoBelly button piercing?
I had my belly button pierced about a week ago and I've been cleaning 3 times a day and following the instructions for it the shop supplied me with etc. but I've noticed under the top ball it's just the tiniest bit red and a bit tender to touch. The hole the bar has come through itself is also a bit pussy :S.
Is this normal as it is, essentially, a wound, or is there a problem?
Thank you :-)
2 AnswersOther - Skin & Body1 decade agoIs it okay to drink a glass of semi-skinned milk every day?
I was told recently by my dentist to drink more milk as my teeth aren't very strong. I did some research however, and there are mixed views on milk as while it is a good source of calcium and vitamin D it has quite a high fat content.
Is it okay to drink a glass of semi-skinned milk every day, or is that too much?
Thank you :-)
5 AnswersNon-Alcoholic Drinks1 decade agoHow do you make vodka jelly?
I've been googling it for ages now, and nothing is coming up. I just want to make a bowl of vodka jelly, not the shots or anything, and I know it's quite hard to get it to set because of the vodka. Has anyone got a decent recipe for it that doesn't use American measurements (likes 'cups' etc.)
thanks very much :D
2 AnswersOther - Food & Drink1 decade agoBest place to go for ear piercing?
My friend and I are looking to get our ears pierced, we already have the standard love piercing but we would both like to get a second piercing in our lobes and my friend wants one at the top of her ear in the cartilage. Just a couple of questions...
I had my lobes done in Claires and one of them got infected. It has healed up perfectly now and I have no trouble with it at all but will it be okay to get another piercing on that lobe even though I have one hole I can use and one that has closed up already? (I hope that made sense...?)
Also, my friend and I have been researching cartilage piercings and the result has been pretty much the same - use a needle. Two things about this: is it better to use a needle for the lobe as well, or does it not matter as much and secondly if she does decide she doesn't like it, will she be able to take it out and have it heal up healthily by itself?
And one final thing... does anyone know of any safe, hygienic places in, or close to Bedford, where the staff are definitely trained well and that aren't hugely expensive? We looked into claires but after reading a few reviews we have decided that that is not the best option...
any answers to any of these questions will be greatly appreciated! :)
Thanks very much
2 AnswersOther - Skin & Body1 decade agoGap Year in Australia?
I know I'm planning ahead, but in a couple of years I want to take a gap year before uni and hire a VW Camper van and do a tour of Australia. I was just wondering if there were any ozzies out there who knew the best places to go. While I want to see the 'toursity' places in Oz I also want to see the 'real' Australia... I have 12 months to go any place I want, so any suggestions??
Also, I will need some way of getting a bit of money out there should I run out (=P) so will I need a work permit even if it is just waitressing or something like that?
Thanks a lot for your help!

I think it went completely over my head, but what was that big building that Wilson drops House off at the end?
19 AnswersDrama1 decade agoWhat terminal illness would not leave you too tired in the last couple of months?
I have a GCSE Drama Performance coming up and our basic story line is of a girl who has a terminal illness, writes a Bucket List, and her friends make the things on her Bucket List happen. However, without meaning to sound at ALL insensitive, what terminal illness could the girl have that would not make her too tired/sick in the last couple of months of her life so she can complete some things on the Bucket List (just things like riding in a trolley through a supermarket etc. that sort of thing, I'm not talking bungee jumping!)? Any idea would be much appreciated!
2 AnswersOther - Diseases1 decade agoAlpha, Beta and Gamma Radiation?
I've been given some physics homework to do and the phrasing is confusing me.... it is asking me for the structure of alpha, beta and gamma radiation as well as the the ionizing effect of them. I'm afraid to say I have no idea what I am supposed to be looking for! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you :)!
5 AnswersPhysics1 decade agoWhere in Australia is the best place to live? ?
Hi there,
My family is looking to move to Australia in the next few years as we're all sick of the British weather and my parents are tired of living to work as opposed to the Australians view of working to live. We're desperate to find somewhere by the sea, with gorgeous weather, beautiful scenery and lovely houses. Any suggestions on any particularly stunning areas? If anyone has any links to any estate agents in Oz it would be greatly appreciated!
See you Down Under (one day!!)
6 AnswersOther - Australia1 decade agoHazards of the electromagnetic spectrum?
Hi there,
I'm doing a physics project (oh joy) and was just wondering what the hazards of each of the 7 waves in the electromagnetic spectrum are, and how to detect them. I've been searching all night on google but I can't really make sense of any of it! Any information will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks very much!
