My lower leg has been bothering me for the last 2-3 weeks. It started with my calve on the left side of my body just feeling really tight and "heavy." Then I started noticing that my left foot began getting a really bad cramp similar to a charley horse at least once or twice a day. Then I began getting charley horses in my left calve as well. Now today my leg feels numb on and off, and there is also a burning sensation and the pain is starting to be more constant than before. Does anybody have an idea as to what this is? I'm 26 years old and not currently on birth control (info relating to a blood clot). I have been going to the chiropractor for neck problems, the last time was about 2 weeks ago. I'm wondering if something could have been pinched, but don't know if this is something that will get better on it's own or not, if that's all it is.

Tonight I was driving home from work in my '96 Honda Civic LX and I stopped at a red light. My car's rpm's were going up and down. When the light turned green, I noticed that my speedometer read "0." I pulled over and turned my car off and back on, hoping it would correct itself (yes, I'm a girl). That didn't help the problem. I also noticed my power steering is gone and my headlights were blinking like my four-ways were on. Could someone please advise me as to what the problem could possibly be?

6 years ago, as an unknowledgeable teen, I worked at a petstore called Petland that sold puppies. We received the bulk of these puppies from a woman named Kathy Bauck who owns Pick of the Litter puppymill in Minnesota, which currently is considered one of the largest puppmills in the nation!!!!!!!!!!!, housing approximately 2000+ suffering dogs!!! I received a "free" puppy from this petstore, who was unable to walk. He was several months old when he was diagnosed with djd and severe hip dysplasia, which resulted in 2 surgeries, and thousands of dollars. The dogs arrived in deplorable conditions, with numerous health problems and covered in urine, feces and vomit. This woman continues to get in trouble with the law, but upon reading the following article, she is "too expensive" to shut down in the podunk county she comes from and there is no where to put all these dogs if she were. Please, please read the following article and please sign the petition to get this horrible woman shut down FOREVER!!!

I watched a video on this and the commissioner of the Department of Sanitation says the driver is not at fault and will not be punished and there is nothing that they can do. He says they would handle the case the same way if it were a child, which is total b.s. I think this is a terrible tragedy and my heart goes out to this poor guy.....Can I please hear everyone else's feedback?

I found Juanita and her face is pleading with me to help her find her forever home. She is an adult 7-9 years old, husky mix. Please take the time to check her out........can you provide this sweet girl with a new, loving home?

Are you aware they are again trying to ban all pitbulls from the state of Ohio? If it's passed, all the dogs will have to be surrendered within 90 days and will then be euthanized within 10 days. Just wanted to pass awareness for the pit owners! More information is available here:

What is the best combination of ingredients to remove skunk odor on a dog? Please only answer if you have personally used what you are recommending.
