Limewire and eMule are two of the most common. There are many out there though. Just search download.com or something. iMesh is very popular there, but the downloads are protected (cause they're legal).

Also, don't use the download-it-free.com Morpheus link, its a scam trying to get you to buy a free download. I think. I know it's not the official site anyway.
