there are plenty of websites for rules and laws of flag etiquette for the US flag.... as far as other countries i believe you will have to look up each country individually. i have not found 1 website for all countries

in case you reside interior the U. S. you would be sensible to fly an American flag, too, with the yank flag on brilliant. in any different case people would take offense. A distant places flag boldly displayed by potential of itself sends the gentle message which you do not think of most of the U. S.. No element in offending your people and pals.
