Could "Jesus" be a Woman?
"There is neither male nor female in Christ Jesus...", Scriptures say. So, perhaps "Jesus Christ" merely defines a title. Could "Jesus Christ", incarnate, be a woman? If she were, could you accept that (easily)?

does it really matter? if we assign gender to any deity, it's really missing the point, isn't it?

In human form, Jesus was a man. In spirit form, he is neither. Hence the quote "There is neither male nor female in Christ Jesus..." . I think that God presented [him]self as male in the early days, and gave us Jesus in the form of a man because people back then wouldn't have been able to wrap their heads around, nor accept him being anything but a man (remember, God is really neither male nor female). Apparently, most people still can't do that.

You can't say Jesus was a good person because He claimed to be the Son of God. If He isn't the Son of God then He is a liar and not a good person.
He had to be a male bec that fulfilled the prophecy that He would be the "Last Adam" . Nobody except advanced theologians and clued in believers even understand what that means anymore. It was common knowledge about 50 years ago.

Jesus, when He walked the earth, was a man. John 3:16 states that God gave His only begotten Son. The scripture concerning neither male nor female refers to the fact that God doesn't differentiate between men or women, we are all free to come to Him and when we receive our glorified bodies after judgment, the bodies won't be male nor female.

No. Jesus was made to be resembling man so he had to have been male or female. There is more evidence in the bible stating this because all HIS disciples were men and he is referred to as the SON of man.
