Where can I find really great souffles (savory and sweet)?

(sorry, but I have an aversion to the Westside, which I will only overlook as a last resort, or if you promise me a really fantastic souffle).

I had a really nice gooey souffle at "Off Vine" located off Vine and Hollywood Blvd. You can look up the actual address but it was light, gooey and enough for 2 maybe 3 people.

The menu is to die for, and if you like Duck, theirs is very nice and large portions too.
