Kitchen Aid recipes that aren't sweet!?
Hi everyone, I got a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for my birthday, and I know it's great for baking - creaming butter and sugar, whipping egg whites for meringue etc, I'm kinda watching what I eat.
Does anyone have any healthy, preferably savoury recipes using a Kitchen Aid? Like, something I could make for dinner, not a snack thing?

I used to bake bread when I was younger. It took a while to get the skill but I made incredible bread. I never went to see someone without a slab or a ciabatta or a challah or a baguette under my arm. The dough hook on a Kitchen Aid does a great job kneading bread, which is the most labor-intensive part. In fact I thought about buying one just for that.
There are also some wonderful savory souffle things you can do with beaten egg whites. But if you're being careful what you eat, that's probably not something to think about. 8^)
