You're only missing something that will talk to a POTS line (or Plain Old Telephone System). See the people you will want to send faxes to and you want to be able to send you a fax don't have an Internet connection. They just plug a dial tone in to their fax. I'd check to see if Skype has a digital fax line. Or you can use the modem in your computer and the fax software that comes with windows....Show more
