Is Site Advisor safe to download?
Someone gave this answer to someone who had lots of spyware. I went to the site and it is by McAfee and free to download. It warns you of bad webpages and ones to keep away from.

It took over my toolbar and put everything on drop down menu and took up whole space all the way across but only about 2 inches long. Couldn't change it so I got rid of it.
