TRUE been doing this since the 50's but the "sheeople" just go along and do as they are told!!!! this is nothing more than a weapon to use!n look up in the sky and watch planes spray the air, jet planes do not make that much exhaust it is something they "government" use to make the weather act they way they need it to act. our US government is to thank for all of this WEIRD weather we are having. someone has to stop them and its us the AMERICAN PEOPLE but they are now timid and will not rise up against this crime. they had made us puppets and weak, i feel sorry for our children.

Not at all surprised. But with actual technology now actively and brazenly in place world wide which everyone sees and acts like isn't there hoping they'll get a perk, this seems something of breaking wind in a hurricane.
