Where is the best place to go, find work and get situated if you are a homeless person with little documentation? What cities/states are the friendliest to these kind of folks?
I know HOW to go about things, just wondered what states/cities tend to be the most lenient to those ID-less...

Well, if you're an American citizen or a legal visitor, then head down to any local government agency and ask where you can get a photo i.d. You could even start at a homeless shelter - they'll give you a free meal and some good directions to where you need to go.
If you're an illegal, go the hell home.
