Well I do agree Adobe, Symantec and Amazon is worth and make more money than yahoo... but yahoo is more competitive to microsoft and if yahoo and microsoft mix than googles shares will definetly go down to $ 200 from 400...

Microsoft is never going to buy Yahoo! for $50 Billion or more.
With that kind of money Microsoft could buy:
Adobe ($18 Billion)
Symantec ($16 Billion)
Amazon ($16 Bilion)
And those three companies combined make a lot more money than Yahoo!
