There is one dinosaur that is considered the missing link between dinos and birds. It is, or was called Archaeopteryx. It was bigger than a chicken, but it had feathers and walked on two legs. It may have been able to fly, too. Pterodactyls were not dinosaurs, just big flying lizards, so they don't count.
