The equivalent of 1-2 cups of coffee per day is all right and may have some health benefits (in addition to boosting metabolism slightly); but today I read that more than 4 cups of coffee daily can contribute to cirrhosis of the liver! So don't overdo the caffeine.

I would doubt it because the more caffeine you have, the less hungry you are and you need to eat alot to gain muscles

i don't think so bcuz it dehydrates your body which will slow muscle recovery time, although it seems to be in a lot of power drinks

cupidgirl is right, it is a diuretic-causes dehydration....too much is not good.
