No, despite the wide number of conspiracy theories. The Romanovs were thoroughly murdered (there are a wide number of books on the subject, including photos and memoirs of the people involved), then burned and dumped in a pit. The bodies have been exhumed, analyzed, etc -- some people criticize the tests as inaccurate.
A better way to understand why Anastasia definitely died is to understand the nature of the regime that followed the Romanovs. You can believe that a guy like Stalin -- who sent his goons from Russia to Mexico to hunt down Trotsky -- would make sure that the Romanov family was killed.

I read a biography on her for a school report and I think she survived...I really dont know how but, I think she did. because it said that her grandmother survived and went to france or something so, I think she could've escaped too. Its possible. But, it also, said that after the shooting they dumped the bodies in like acid or something..so, I'm not sure if its true or not. Because they think either Anastasia survived or her sister Mashca did. And her life story is really interesting.

There's not enough factual evidence backing her survival for me to believe it. The explanations are outlandish in nature, all the self-proclaimed "Anastacias" have been disproven, and it's just overall unlikely that one little girl would have survived, when the rest of her family was destoryed by those with intentions dead bent on overthrowing the rule of a nation. And the missing sets of bones in the family grave? Forensic scientists believe they were burned in a different location, and I'm going to stick with that.

of course not. in an inteview with peter ermakov, one of the three executioners, it is made clear that all of the romanovs died. the impostors who surfaced very soon afterwards were either trying to capitalize on the public's gullibility, or pawns of the exiled aristocrats trying to stir up popular sentiment against the bolsheviks. and her grandmother was not imprisoned with the immediate family, it was nicholas, alexandra, the three daughters, and alexi imprisoned together.

Yes and Anastasia lived happily ever after just like in the cartoon movie. Poor child though, it must have been very scary for her.
