HOW do you get rid of the America Online Security Warning popups????

Everytime I click on a new page in AOL browser, I get a message that says "America Online Security Warning", "Windows has found a problem with this file", "swflash.cab". How do I get rid of this? Is it spyware, is it AOL or is it a Windows pop up??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Get and update several Anti-spyware solutions. I use AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destroy. I use the free versions from http://www.download.com Update and run these regularly. Especially IMMEDIATELY after an unexpected pop-up.
