How do you get a dog to stop jumping fences?

I have 3 dogs here and one decides it is better to jump fences and be on the opposite side of the fence. The problem is that whn he jumps the other two jump with him. The other two dogs wont jump unless the first jumps. 
they dont go far at all, just sit in the neighbors yard. the problem is that they are rotties and ond one is a pit. Dont need an overzealous animal lover try to approach the 3 dogs and one of them attack for some strange reason. 
I am a big advocate of chaining dogs, which all three are but they do break cables and chains and rip anchors out of the ground. I just want the jumping the fence to end.

There are a few things that you can do. 
1.) put up a higher fence.
2.) get an anti jump harness, you can find these at your local pet supply store.
3.) work with the one that is jumping the fence, take him around the fence, and every time he looks at the fence say bad dog in a stern voice. this probably wont work very well, but its worth a try.
4.) build a kennel with a top and cement bottom.
5.) to anchor the chain take and pour a cement footing so that he can't rip it out of the ground.

The most simple solution would be to cover your neighbours yard with shards of broken glass. Therefore, when the first dog jumps over, the other two will realise it isn't such a good idea. Once dog number one has recovered, if it recovers, it will think twice about jumping over the fence again.

Maybe you could walk them a little more .
Also it is hard trying to keep dogs locked in if they have hunting traits.
People do not get the right type of dogs for pets and wonder why they exhibit this type of behaviour.
Dogs need love and attention not to be chained to a back yard.

I used to have to put a fencer charger and a hot wire on top of the fence to keep the dobies in. Its humane and most of the time they can smell it and won't jump..But if they do, they ususally learn the first time...
