A lot of people have incest fantasies. Usually they do NOT want to actually have sex with any family member. Speaking for myself I had sexual desire for my sister, even engaged in mutual masturbation with her once. I have to say I am glad it didn't go any further than that. Mom caught us and it's probably a good thing. Guys with cute sisters, daughters or nieces probably have more fantasies than gals do about male family members. I think we have to recognize that family members can be sexually attractive, especially in our teen years but it's best to just limit it to fantasy (including masturbation). Lots of long term damage if you carry it beyond that...in my humble opinion anyway!

She could already be being abused by her father. While she's unwilling to admit it to you directly (yet) she's perhaps looking for an understanding friend. Or she's looking for incest stories to help her understand her situation and bring some normalcy to it.
