Eibach is pretty much the standard of quality. In fact Eibach manufacturers springs for many many companies that sell the springs under their own name. I dont know that much about H&Rs product line, i just know that generally Eibach is favored over H&R. The Eibach Pro-Kit lowers the car about 1.2-1.5 inches total and it is the best for a daily driver. They also have the Sport-Kit which lowers the car 1.7-2.5 inches depending on the car. If you choose to lower a car more than 1.5 inches, be prepared to repair your car when you drive through a pothole and half your body kit is ripped off, or when you drive over a manhole cover that is poping out and it rips your muffler off. Ive seen it happen lots of times. So just beware if you are going to lower more than 1.5 inches. Also TEIN makes some awesome suspension parts. They have a cool coilover set that lets you adjust the firmness/softness of the shocks from the inside of the car with a computer controlled unit. TEIN is a japan based company and the parts are slightly more expensive then Eibach.
Note: Drastic lowering can affect the camber/canter( when the top of the wheel is angled inward toward the car)of the wheel. You may need lowering spindles to conter-act this because it can really throw your handling off.
