Do some Honda suspension parts fits Acura?

Im looking at some coilovers for my 97 Integra. The coilover says it will fit Honda Civic years 92-00.

I think i read somewhere that the suspension is the same for those two cars? Am i wrong? any help would be appreciated.

thanks.

    Yes and No:

Yes you are wrong, 92-95 and 96-00 are different.

As far as the 97 integra (dc integra) suspension fitting a eg civic (92-95) it will in the front, for the rear you have to change the lca (lower control arm), for the ek civic (96-00) it will be a direct fit in the front, but not the rear.

Acura is made by Honda, so you still buying another Honda product. I would do it if you could get a Civic with lower miles and a newer year. Only downside, every other person on the road is driving a Civic, so you'll be blending in with the millions out there, but then, most don't by Civics to stand out.
