So i was wondering if there is a way i can reinstal internet explorer or somehtin so that i can view websites again. Because he made some stupid password that he just copied and pasted and so basically im stuck using mozilla. I dont mind, but it would be nice to have internet explorer too. any help?

Ask him what the password is. Otherwise, you will have to use the RESTORE disk and start reinalling from scratch.
But Mozilla Firefox is a better and safer browser.
Here is a new family rule:
- DO NOT set any passwords. That is only for your Mom and Dad to set up.
- DO NOT keep any secrets on the computer. Your Mom and Dad should always know what you are doing on the computer.
- Talk to your parents about your computer use and whenever someone tries to reach you that you do not know.
Remember, if you just fix it, then your brother will only do it again. Get your parents involved in this issue.

How to Remove Content Advisor Password in Internet Explorer
The following steps will remove any password set in the Internet Explorer Content Advisor and allow you to reset the program to its original state.
1) Click on Start and choose Run.
2) Type in RegEdit and select OK.
3) Now click on the little plus sign to the left of H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
4) Continue to drill down, always clicking on the plus sign at the left of the named key, through Software, Microsoft, Windows, Current Version and Policies.
5) Now click on the Ratings folder.
6) In the right pane of the RegEdit window, you'll see an icon called Key. Click on it and press Delete.
7) Next, choose Registry and then Exit to exit RegEdit. You've just deleted your original Content Advisor password.
8) Restart the computer and run Internet Explorer again.
9) Choose View and then Internet Options (or Options for version 3.x)
10) Click on the Content tab and click on Disable. When asked for a password, don't enter anything; just click on OK. This will disable Content Advisor because there's no longer a password.

click on properties
click on advanced
in the start and recovery box
click on settiging ...tab
now clcick ok edit...
remove the tex in the log
click on ok then cliick on
apply & ok
now restart the computer
when windows start up it will
rewrite the log and then it will go to the
user login screen
you click on your user login id
and login to the desk top.
That should do the trick.
