Snacks for a road trip?

I saw this question on Yahoo Answers before but I am looking for more opinions. I am driving from Phoenix to Las Vegas which isn't that long of a trip with my sister and her three year old and wondering what you think are good snacks. I don't want anything that can be messy. I also don't want to stop and get fast food. So far this is what I have as ideas:

Food: Goldfish, Fruit Snacks, Beef Jerky, Pretzels, Bananas
Drinks: Water, Gatorade, Arizona Ice Tea

Any thoughts? Thank you in advance

To answer GreenTree's question:
I'm not avoiding messiness, I want to avoid messy foods. I don't care if she gets crumbs or chips everywhere or puts fingerprints all over the window. What I was saying is I don't want to take foods like ice cream or something.

To ph62198, one of us would definitely be with her when she eats. We would most likely stop at a rest stop if we were going to eat something more than a snack.

Actually, you can survive with what you've planned!

I'd take grapes or Craisins (dried cranberries) since neither are messy if they're spilled. Think about packing a picnic lunch and letting the kid out to run around a little. That's a long drive for a 3-year-old to sit out without moving around.

My family travels often, and there are certain 'Griffin family road trip snack classics'. Such as:
Chex Mix
Egg salad sandwiches
Cheeze-Its
Chips Ahoy!
Dole juices
individually bottled apple juice,
and we always take plenty of bottled water. Hope I've helped. Happy driving!

I dont know why, but if I know I'll be driving for over two hours, I just gotta have a big bag of pork rinds. Gross, but the BBQ flavored ones are REQUIRED for long trips, along with some Sierra Mist.

Trail mix, chex mix, apples, bananas, pretzels, Doritos, dried fruit, almonds or put a handful of Cereal in a bag.
