probably low sugar. You need to eat snacks periodically thorughout the day to help. Stuff like oranges with natural sugars. You also need to increase your water intake throughout the day. Your baody requires more nutients now and you can't be slacking!
I use to get dizzy a lot when i was pregnant. I didn't have gestational diabetes, but some woman have a little drop in blood sugar. Always carry some Orange juice with you to sip on through the day. And always have water too on hand. It'd also be a good idea to have snacks with you just in case you don't get a chance to sit down and have a meal until late. It'll make you feel better in the long run and keep your energy up!
i have the same trouble in all my pregnancies, normally towards the end but this time its happening already at 16weeks !!! i keep getting checked by the GP and midwife but they are not 100% sure why this is happening they think it may be my blood pressure drops to low to quick or my blood sugar drops to low. Ive been adviced to take things slow not to rush around ( yea OK if i wasn't a mum of 4 already ) and to keep some chocolate with me so if it happens i have something to boost my sugar levels also milkshake is good for doing that. i hope this helps you a little.
dehydration definately can be causing your dizziness. And keep in mind that with rising hormone levels it can leave your blood pressure on the frits. If you dont feel better after some rest and water make sure to bring it up with your doctor at your next appointment to make sure that you do not have any blood pressure issues
