My sister gets married in February and want to look nice for her beach wedding! Help!?
I am 5'3 and weigh around 215. It seems like I never lost all of my pregnancy weight and now am very unmotivated. But after trying on bridesmaids dresses last evening, I need too! So I am looking for a plan or ideas that will allow me to lose weight quickly, yet safely. And I would like to get toned; thighs, butt, arms, back, etc.

Sorry, it won't happen by then without doing you deadly harm.
The only way to loose weight, tone up and feel better is to excercise daily. Try working on losing a few pounds a week. Don't focus on a big number or you won't do it. You will loose interest in your goal. Work on it day by day, trying to eat healthier and walk. Don't constantly weigh yourself or you will get discouraged. Eat fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water. If you don't like water, try Crystal light in it. It's good. Stay away from Soda!!! and Snacks until after the wedding. Eat carrot sticks and apple slices if you need a snack or crackers. Always keep a Positive attitude and be happy with yourself no matter what and you will succeed in your goal. You should make a decision today to continue this effort for life and you will be happy with yourself in the future. Good Luck to you and don't give up!!! You can do it!!!
Losing a lot of weight in such a short period of time is not going to be something that will be beneficial to your health. You are a mother also, so you cannot compromise your health because you have another life depended on you. Set a goal weight, a target that you want to EVENTUALLY get to. But for now, think about losing 10% of your body weight. For example, your 10% would be 21 lbs because of your weight. Joining a program like weight watchers will be beneficial not only to lose weight, but to gain a healthier lifestyle, for the long run.
A good workout is called "THE FIRM" and it is strength training and cardio all in one. It'll help to firm you up, while you are eating right on WW.
Good luck! Remember, you can do this, and you will be healthy about it. WW isn't a fad diet, it's a way of life.
Go onto a low-carb diet. I stayed within 45 total carbs a day. Don't go over the edge and just eat bacon, eggs, and cheese. That's just asking for high cholesterol. Do it sensibly. Read up a little on it. Also, exercise.... as much as possible. I've been on this diet about 2 months, and have lost 25 lbs. I'm feeling great! I have about 25 more before I reach my goal weight, and the weight loss has slowed a little, but it's still coming off! Good luck to you, and congratulations to your sister.
