I want to get as aggressive as possible selling my car. I listed it on craigslist as a start, and I am now looking for the best way to list it on other sites. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best site to list on? Which site has the most success with used auto sales?

Ebay is the best, but it cost $40 to list and $40 when it sells, a good free one is craigslist.org :)

A good simple idea would be to sell on Ebay. I have sold a vehicle on there myself, I've also bought one. Both transactions managed to run smoothly. Just make sure you describe every little detail about the vehicle. Have plenty of pictures, and make sure the potential buyer has a good rating. Also, if this isn't obvious enough, encourage the buyer to have ebay's inspection services inspect the vehicle so they know you're not full of it. And of course, get the cash first.
